This makes parking and reversing safer!
With the new rear view camera set EM-430W, which connects the camera to the monitor via radio, you have a perfect view to the rear.
The camera, which is mounted in the rear, ideally above the number plate, transmits the video signals by radio with 2.4GHz to the 4.5 "color monitor, which is located in the cab and is simply positioned with a robust suction cup on the dashboard.
What do I have to consider when retrofitting the rear view camera?
The easiest way to obtain the power supply for the monitor is via the supplied plug for the cigarette lighter.
The voltage for the camera at the rear comes either through permanent plus of the license plate illumination or the reversing light, so that the reversing camera receives voltage only when reversing.
The attachment of the camera to the rear is done either by screws or with the 3M tape.
The set is very easy to install and to put into operation.
What settings do I have with the radio rear view camera set?
In addition to the image adjustment we brightness, color saturation and contrast can be displayed on the monitor lines for better parking. The lines help with clean parking.
A mirror function, which displays the image mirrored on the monitor, can be switched on and off.
For which vehicles is the rear view camera set suitable?
The distance between the monitor in the cab and the camera should not be more than 3 - 4 meters. The range of the radio transmission is higher, but you have a secure radio transmission, if you do not exceed this distance. The range also depends heavily on the positioning of the small antenna box on the cable of the camera. It should not be attached directly to the metal of the vehicle.
