AP-W50316 IP underwater camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels and a stainless steel housing 316L, specially developed for application in sea / salt water
With an angle of view of 100 ° and a high-resolution Sony sensor of 5MP (2592 x 1944 pixels), the IP underwater camera W50316 is ideal for the maritime sector. In addition, the high-quality 3156L stainless steel alloy protects against corrosion. ###
Apart from marine engineering and oceanographic applications, there are numerous possible application such as the inspection of port facilities and boat hulls, monitoring of animal breeding in water farms and investigations in oceanology.
Universal integration because of ONVIF protocol
The IP underwater camera W50316 has the standardized camera protocol ONVIF and can therefore be integrated into almost any video management systems. On our website you will find a selection of options for following the video streams from the camera using software programs on the PC.
The videos can also be displayed on the "MKVsion" APP, which can be downloaded free of charge from the Playstore (Android) and Applestore (iOS).
Latest compression technology H.265
Due to the amount of data, the resolution of 5 megapixels causes considerably more demands on the transmission and storage capacity than a 2MP camera. This is where the new H.265 compression technology comes in: By compressing the image content more effectively, the amount of data from the camera is reduced to a value that can be compared with the amount of data in a 2MP. The total network and storage costs decrease.
Underwater resistant up to a depth of 30 meters
With the special housing, pressures of up to 400 kPa can be achieved, which corresponds to a water depth of 30 meters. (MSL pressure 100kPa + 300kPa at 30 meter)
If the connection cable should be more than 15 meters, we can do this. Here, however, a delivery time of around 3-4 weeks is necessary.
Additional light source with white light and infrared light
The IP underwater camera offers 3 additional IR night vision LEDs for illuminating the scene even in absolute darkness. Since the IR spectrum is above our color spectrum, the videos are black and white. Illumination with IR frequencies has the great advantage that we can see the video as bright as day even in the dark, whereby only a slightly reddish glow can be seen on the camera. This has a calming and not irritating effect on marine life.
In addition, the IP underwater camera has 4 powerful white light LEDs, which, like the IR LED, can be switched on and off. The scene is completely illuminated with the white light LEDs and the videos are displayed in color again.
A light sensor in the camera controls the IR and also the white light LED.
Access the camera from anywhere in the world
Equipped with P2P technology, you can access the camera from anywhere via the cellular network with an APP. We also offer software (for Windows and Mac PCs) that offers a variety of setting options for the camera. The setup is also very simple, and complicated router settings are not necessary.
